TL;DR
If you only have 30 seconds, here’s what you need to know:
- Your whole Pactum performance now sits in one place. All reporting moves under a single Reporting menu, with org-level and product-level views, cross-workspace filtering and dashboards each team can shape.
- Dashboards build themselves, and explain themselves. Describe the view you want in plain language and Pactum builds it. Click the sparkle icon next to any metric to see what it measures and how it is calculated.
- Compliance policies improve without manual work. The Alignment AI assistant drafts updated policy versions, tests them against your data and brings the results to you for approval.
- Procurement negotiates more of the deal. Lead time joins price and payment terms, deadlines can be extended without losing progress, settled payment terms stay settled, and single-supplier requisitions can be challenged automatically.
- Campaigns get new commercial levers and reach more suppliers. Virtual card and supply chain finance programs become negotiable value, contacts are validated automatically, and campaigns run in any language.

Your Performance in One Place, and Agents That Take On More
June 2026 brings two kinds of change to Pactum. The first is visibility. Every result Pactum delivers now sits in one reporting home, and every number in it explains itself. The second is reach. Pactum’s agents take on more of the commercial relationship, from delivery lead times to payment programs, and they reach more of the supplier base without anyone chasing.
In Suite, reporting is consolidated, dashboards can be built in plain language, and admins get a clear view of how their organization uses Pactum.
In Alignment, the policies that govern every requisition check now improve continuously, with procurement approving each change.
In Procurement, negotiations cover more terms, handle real-world exceptions without restarts, and can start from requisitions that would otherwise pass through unchallenged.
In Campaigns, existing payment programs become negotiable value, and contact validation and translation remove two of the most common reasons suppliers never engage.
Here’s what’s new.
All Suite: see every result, understand every number
Reporting only helps when people can find it, trust it and shape it to the question they are asking. This release works on all three.
New Value and Performance Dashboards
Your entire Pactum performance now lives in one place. All reporting sits under a single Reporting menu, with tabs for org-level and product-level views, so leaders and product owners start from the same source.
Cross-workspace filtering, hideable widgets and a rearrangeable layout let every team see what matters to them, rather than scrolling past what doesn’t.
AI Dashboard Builder
Getting a new reporting view used to mean a request and a wait. Now you describe the data you want in plain language and Pactum builds the dashboard in seconds.
Save it for yourself, or publish it across your organization so everyone works from the same view.
Dashboard Explainer
A number nobody can explain is a number nobody acts on. Every metric in Suite now comes with a built-in explanation. Click the sparkle icon next to any number or chart to see what it measures, how it is calculated and what to watch for.
That ends the “what does this number mean?” conversation before it starts, and it lets teams act on data with confidence.
User Activity Log
Admins can now see how their organization uses Pactum without having to ask anyone. A new User Activity page in Settings lists every user, their last activity and their product access.
Search, review and export the data for adoption reviews or onboarding planning. It shows who the power users are, who has gone quiet, and where onboarding should focus next.
Alignment: policies that keep improving on their own
The Requisition Alignment Agent checks every request against your policies. The quality of those checks depends on the policies themselves, and keeping them current has always been manual work.
Autonomous AI Policy Management
Your compliance policies now improve continuously, without manual effort. The built-in AI assistant handles the full update cycle on your behalf.
It reviews historical check results and attached documents to draft updated policy versions. It runs each new version against test datasets and presents a side-by-side comparison of outcomes. Procurement approves the change before it goes live.
Procurement admins can drive policy updates themselves, with no product expertise required. The policy gets better every cycle, and the decision stays with the people accountable for it.
Procurement: more of the deal on the table
Price is only part of a commercial relationship. This release lets Pactum negotiate more of it, and handle the exceptions that used to force a restart.
Automated Tactical Sourcing
A requisition with a single supplier on it often passes straight through, even when competition would have produced a better outcome. Pactum now turns that compliance signal into sourcing action.
It detects single-supplier requisitions where competition could drive better results, identifies alternative suppliers and adjusts the Statement of Requirements for competitive quoting. The buyer approves before any negotiation starts. Missed savings become competitive negotiations.
Automated Tactical Sourcing is available in Early Access. Contact your account team to join the pilot.
Lead Time Negotiation
Pactum now negotiates delivery lead time alongside unit price and payment terms. Lead time can be combined with other terms to create flexible, multi-dimensional outcomes, so your team captures value across the full commercial relationship in a single negotiation.
It is particularly valuable for direct materials, where faster delivery has a real operational impact.
Deadline Extension for Negotiations
Negotiations don’t always run to schedule. You can now extend a supplier’s response deadline with a single action, and everything else stays intact: status, progress, offers and AI-generated context.
The deadline moves to the new date you set, with no other changes. Suppliers who haven’t responded get an automatic nudge.
Per-Supplier Payment Term Options
Some suppliers already have payment terms locked in master agreements. For those suppliers, Pactum now keeps the existing terms in place and negotiates on price only.
It can be applied selectively per supplier within the same event. That removes the risk of reopening settled terms, removes the manual workarounds, and stops the AI from trading price against flexibility that was never available.
Campaigns: new levers, and more suppliers reached
Campaigns negotiate supplier-level terms across the whole supplier base. This release gives them new commercial levers to negotiate with, and removes two of the reasons suppliers never engage.
Virtual Card Program Enrollment
Your virtual card program can now work in every supplier negotiation. Pactum brings card acceptance into the negotiation as a commercial lever and combines it with payment days and rebates in a single automated campaign.
An existing payment program becomes negotiable value across your supplier base. Virtual Card Program Enrollment is available in Early Access. Contact your account team to join the pilot.
Supply Chain Finance Enrollment
Your supply chain finance program becomes negotiable value too. Pactum presents extended payment terms alongside an early-payment option across thousands of suppliers at once, and each supplier picks what fits.
You free up working capital without forcing suppliers to carry the cost. Supply Chain Finance Enrollment is available in Early Access. Contact your account team to join the pilot.
Agentic Contact Validation
Many negotiations are lost before they start, because the contact on file is wrong or never replies. Pactum now validates supplier contacts automatically and reroutes to the right person when needed.
When a supplier doesn’t respond, Pactum re-engages them, and when no contact can be confirmed, it searches for the right one. More deals get off the ground, success rates rise, and nobody on your team has to chase.
Run Campaigns in Any Language
Language should not decide which suppliers you can reach. The full negotiation experience, including flows, FAQs and emails, is now translated automatically into any language.
That lifts response rates and success rates in every market. Ask your support team for the initial setup.
More visibility on one side, more reach on the other
Look across the release and a pattern emerges. Every capability that lets Pactum do more is paired with one that shows you more clearly what it did.
- Agents negotiate more terms, and one reporting home shows the value across every product.
- Policies update themselves, and procurement approves every change after a side-by-side comparison.
- Campaigns reach more suppliers in more languages, and every metric explains how it was calculated.
- More people use Pactum across the organization, and admins see exactly who, and how.
Procurement teams hand more work to agents when they can see and trust the results. This release moves both forward together.
