The questions indirect procurement leaders usually ask us first.

What happens after I book?

It starts with a discovery call about your indirect procurement: where requests get stuck, where your team's time goes, and which spend never gets a commercial conversation. We'll show you the value Pactum delivers for customers like you today, and if it's a fit, we build it out on your own requests and give your team hands-on access to try it. Whatever you decide, you'll leave knowing how to bring autonomous procurement into your team.

Who should join the first call?

The people who can decide to buy or to start, usually your head of procurement or indirect procurement and whoever owns the budget or the P2P roadmap. With them on the first call, we can focus on your priorities and move straight to a build-out if it's a fit.

Which digital workers are there for indirect procurement?

There are six, and together they cover the whole flow. Intake takes the request, Alignment checks it against your policies, and Single-Source Negotiation, Tactical Sourcing, Advanced Sourcing and Post-Sourcing Negotiation get the commercial outcome. You can start with one and add the rest.

Does Pactum work with Coupa and SAP Ariba?

Yes. The Alignment Agent sits in your approval chain in Coupa or SAP Ariba, checks every request against your rules and records the outcome in your P2P, so it stays the system of record. Some features go further on Coupa than on Ariba today, and we'll show you exactly where on the discovery call.

Do our policies need to be in order first?

No. You can start with the policies you already have. There's a library of 21 ready-made rules to switch on, an assistant that writes new ones with you, and every rule can run in watch-only mode on your real requests, scored against your own reviewers, before it acts.
