This global aerospace, defence, and power systems group has been a Pactum customer for more than two years, beginning with tail-spend requisitions via Coupa integration. They co-developed post-sourcing event negotiations to support audit requirements for Department of Defense related spending via Coupa integration, then expanded into payment term optimisation campaigns.
Most recently, they helped develop Pactum's Alignment Agent, which now reviews every request they process for compliance, reducing procurement lead times from days to seconds. We have processed $125M+ in spend with this customer and have seen 300% year over year spend growth. Their Direct Procurement team, which manages over $8BN in spend globally, is the next untapped potential with the Pactum Price Lists solution.
To date, the customer has processed over $126M in spend through more than 7,800 completed negotiations, delivering over $1.1M in savings. Its CPO is directly engaged in the relationship. The company is now targeting Pactum's Campaigns product for payment-terms harmonisation across M&A-acquired supplier bases, a significant new spend category with substantial runway ahead for greater savings and efficiencies.
