They co-developed post-sourcing event negotiations to support audit requirements for Department of Defense related spending via Coupa integration, then expanded into payment term optimisation campaigns.
Most recently, they helped develop Pactum's Alignment Agent, which now reviews every request they process for compliance, reducing procurement lead times from days to seconds. We have processed over $180M in spend with this customer and have seen 300% year over year spend growth.
