This global energy technology company, one of the world's largest, became a Pactum customer in mid-2025, deploying requisition negotiations for direct materials procurement within its Gas Power division, one of the first customers to use Pactum on engineered components such as gas turbine parts, instrumentation, and flow components rather than indirect spend.

They co-developed Pactum's lead time negotiation module, which allows buyers to negotiate delivery timelines alongside price, and which is now live in production, processing hundreds of requisitions per quarter with an estimated 4,000 in Q4 alone.

In their first year, they processed nearly $9M in spend through the platform, achieving a 9x return on their licence investment with quarter-over-quarter spend growth of nearly 300%.

Year 2 of the partnership increases the negotiable spend cap to $80M, and they have initiated an infosec approval process that would enable full system integration and open the door to indirect procurement and expansion across other business divisions.
