He was the founding MD of e-Residency, one of Europe’s most ambitious Government tech projects.

Throughout 2017 and 2018 Kaspar was the most cited Estonian in the global press. In 2015 he was listed Forbes Estonia's 30 under 30, and was elected by US CTO as one of the 20 global digital leaders. In 2019 he was nominated as JCI 10 Most Outstanding Young Persons of the World and was awarded the Order of Orange-Nassau by the King of the Netherlands

He used to serve as Product Manager at Skype and as the commercial lead for Europe for The Climate Corporation (owned by Monsanto), where he gained firsthand experience in successfully conducting complex negotiations with culturally and geographically diverse teams.

Prior to co-founding Pactum, he co-founded and served as CEO of another startup, VitalFields, an online Farm Management System that was acquired by Monsanto.

Kristjan Korjus

He is a PhD Mathematician who prior to co-founding Pactum was Head of AI at Starship Technologies. His PhD thesis was about Deep Learning agents aligning their values and collaborating. He has led a successful GitHub project where the team was the first to replicate DeepMind’s famous AI that plays Atari games.

He is also the co-author of Bedside Reading About Mathematics, one of the best-selling books in Estonia.
