A Global consumer and industrial goods manufacturer headquartered in Western Europe has been a Pactum customer for nearly three years. Starting with requisition negotiations and indirect cost negotiations integrated with SAP Ariba, the company has since expanded into post-sourcing negotiations, tactical sourcing, and price-list renegotiations, and is now evaluating Pactum's Alignment Agent in shadow mode alongside its existing buying teams. The deployment spans more than 20 countries across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, with additional countries in active rollout.
To date, the customer has processed over $126M in spend through more than 7,800 completed negotiations, delivering over $1.1M in savings. Its CPO is directly engaged in the relationship. The company is now targeting Pactum's Campaigns product for payment-terms harmonisation across M&A-acquired supplier bases, a significant new spend category with substantial runway ahead for greater savings and efficiencies.
